• How to get presence information about a particular user?

  Read this file using your program:

  http://ekiga.net/yannick/presence.php?user=USERNAME&type=basic

  This will return "0" if the USERNAME is offline or "1" if online.


• You can get the same information in a XML RFC 3863 compliant file (be sure to know what you're doing with this method):

  http://ekiga.net/yannick/presence.php?user=USERNAME&type=xml
